Rules/Policies
- Rates are in MOP/HKD and subject to a 10% Service charge & 5% Government Tax.
- Guests of The Venetian Macao~Resort~Hotel will be responsible for all charges made to their selected suite. Other damages caused will be billed directly to Credit Card on file.
- Any extension or amendment of stay after initial booking is confirmed will be subject to availability and will be at Hotel’s Best Available Rate.
Cancellation policy
- Suite cancellations or amendment must be made 24 hours prior to arrival.
- If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date and time, the Hotel will charge one night's accommodation. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check terms and conditions at time of booking.
Attendees Policies
- All rates are based on Single and/or Double occupancy.
- For additional guests (13 years of age and above) or any sofa bed/amenities required there is a fee of MOP/HKD$390 per person per night inclusive of breakfast.
- For additional guests (children of 3 to 12 years of age) staying in the same suite there is a fee of MOP/HKD$75 per person per night inclusive of breakfast. For additional guests (children under the age of 3 years old) staying in the same room will not be charged.
- Should guests require open sofa bed services or additional bathroom and bedding amenities, a fee of MOP/HKD$250 per set night will be applied.
- All the above fees are subject to 10% service charges and 5% government taxes.
