- What information do I need to submit a claim?
The information related to the stay (arrival date, departure date, property name, number of guests), the competing suite provider and rate, confirmation number, the Venetianmacao.com rate, your contact information (name, e-mail and phone number), and desired “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee reward.
- Do I need to make a reservation in order to submit a claim?
Yes, a reservation through Venetianmacao.com is required.
- Do I need to submit a screen shot of the external site?
No. Just submit the required information as listed on the claim form.
- How do I submit a claim?
All claims must be submitted via our online form. To submit this claim form, fill out all the required fields and click the submit button.
- How long until I hear back from The Venetian Macao regarding my claim?
You will hear back from The Venetian Macao within 24 hours.
- How will I know when my claim is validated?
A Venetian suite reservations representative will contact you. If the submitted claim is successful, you will be notified of your upgraded suite type (OR revised “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee rate, in case the upgrade is not available).
- What if I can book a particular suite type through a Competing suite provider, but not through The Venetian Macao?
Claims are only valid for suite types that are bookable via Venetianmacao.com.
- What if I find a lower rate for the same suite on Venetianmacao.com?
Lower rates found on Venetianmacao.com will be matched, but will not be eligible for the suite upgrade OR the 10% discount off the competing rate.
- If my reservation is pre-paid and I make a valid claim against it, when will I receive a credit for the “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee rate difference?
You will receive a credit for the rate difference within 30 business days of submitting your claim, if applicable.
- How will The Venetian Macao determine if I have a “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee violation if rates are quoted in different currencies?
The Venetian Macao will convert the Competing rate into the same rate as on Venetianmacao.com. Due to different currency conversion ratios used by different rate providers, it is possible that after converting the Competing rate, it appears lower than the Venetianmacao.com rate. The Venetian Macao reserves the right to deny a claim if it feels that the discrepancy in rates is due to the different currency conversions used.
